The ELECTROSTICK ECO-PLUS 613 is a special European-coated stick electrode, remarkably easy to handle, developed for welds that call for medium penetration. In its 4.0 mm (5/32") diameter it is the go-to choice when you need high deposition on production-gauge material while keeping the smooth, stable arc the 613 line is known for.
The deposited metal lays down a uniform, smooth layer with no undercut or notching, leaving beads with an excellent finish and slag that lifts off with minimal cleanup. It runs on either AC or DC, in negative (-) or positive (+) polarity, and its formulation generates less fume, improving welder comfort over long shifts.
It is designed for general iron construction: sheet-metal fabrication, doors, windows and railings, ductwork, body assembly and ornamental work. Supplied in a 20 kg box, 350 mm length, with a working range of 90 to 155 amps.
