The ELECTROSTICK BRF-718 is a special basic low-hydrogen coated electrode (H10), formulated for direct current with positive polarity (+). It delivers excellent metal transfer and arc stability, with a docile strike that makes all-position welding easy.

Its high deposition rate and low spatter losses make it the most efficient consumable in the line for demanding structural welding. For best results keep a short arc and avoid abrupt movements, taking advantage of the deposit's toughness: up to 59 kg/mm² tensile strength and elongation up to 36%.

It is designed for joint welding on oil and gas pipelines, shipbuilding, carbon-steel structures and pressure vessels, and is ideal for boilers, railcars and critical structures. Available in 2.5, 3.2 and 4.0 mm diameters in a 20 kg box.
